Regional Director Revenue Management Americas
Amongst the Commercial Leadership team of la Maison MGallery, Sofitel, Sofitel Legend and Emblems, we are recruiting a Director of Revenue Management Strategic Projects to lead topline initiatives across our 4 luxury brands: MGallery, Sofitel, Sofitel Legend, Emblems.
This role is at the corner stone of commercial strategy and hotels we are hence looking for unique talents with RM expertise, communication & leadership skills, with a desire to grow in an agile environment.

Role Description #WhatYou’llDo
Supervise a scope of 30 to 50 luxury hotels in your region (mostly managed)
Challenge and support hotels on Budget construction & achievement, Forecast, Performance audits, Channels/Levers activation, RMS health checks
Build & animate the RM community: allow Hotel RMs to grow & develop their expertise, enrich their commercial skills, providing them with brand strategy, market vision, up to date benchmark and guest perspective. Mentoring.
Share & Leverage best practices amongst region and with international peers.
Support business plan elaboration: rebranding, renovation, new hotel opening…
Collaborate daily with VP Operations & Operational Excellence Directors
On top of your regional role, you may lead strategic Worldwide initiatives: new RMS implementation, Parity / Disparity / Connectivity with OTAs, Sales strategy & commercial SLA implementation, pricing & promotional strategy, Total Revenue (F&B and MICE RM)…
Experience & Qualifications #WhatYou’llBring
10+ years’ experience in Revenue Management in the Air / Train / Hotel / Car Rental industries
International culture, easiness travelling, ideal exposure to various markets, used to working with different cultures, time zones, languages. Fluent English is a must + a strong second language (of the given region)
Strong communication and deductive skills. Project Management skills, management a plus.
Macro & Micro : ability to have both a helicopter view on high-level topics and at the same time, to deep dive on hotel specific needs and/or technical challenges (CRS/RMS/PMS)
Ideally an operational / in hotel experience + HQ experience since both are mutually beneficial
Partnership & Trust with Operations; Understanding & empathy of hotel needs
Excel & PPT masters
In-depth expertise on revenue and margins optimisation levers, including distribution, pricing and sales.
